The maintenance crew was always helpful and communicative when we needed something. Athens is a growing town, and the Lennox townhomes are right next to the new school being built. It’s a great and safe little community of townhomes. I’m sure all of Latitude’s other properties are the same as well. 10/10 recommend renting here!"

"Overall it's nice apartments, great and safe for kids. I have issue with the lighting at night. I was doing a doordash delivery and couldn't see. I had to use my phone light to see the door numbers so I can deliver the food to the right person. Also this can be a safety issue, please fix the lighting then it'll be 5 stars"
