"AVOID THEM AT ANY COSTS! they are horrible at customer service, very long wait times on the phones, very long wait to hear back from them, very long waiting at the place, it’s just not worth the stress or anything."
"One of the worst experiences of you ever decide to drive for them. I have never ever experienced anything like this. I got into an accident that wasn’t even my fault based off the footage and took the car there since I am leasing it from them. Was told within a few days I would get a call back, I never did. So I decided to give them a call just to get attitude by a women saying “why did you call us when we told you we were going to call you when we get something and don’t call back again unless we call you” and that’s customer service? This place does not care for their own customers and only care about money. I am still waiting to hear back from them and everytime I call them I’m always on hold for a very long time just for someone to say I’ll give you a call back later on when they never do. This place really is a nightmare if you ever get accident. AVOID ANY ACCIDENT BECAUSE THE AMOUNT OF STRESS YOU GET AND MISINFORMATION FROM THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT! Still to this day I have not received anything about the car or at least a rental for me to work-in the meantime they fix the car. But yet they will still charge you every week whether you are working or not."

Angela was helpful in providing assistance if fixing a problem with a rental that had plagued me for a week and Angela was very helpful in getting me seen quickly once I called and reported my issue! Thank you guy a bunch, you’ve made my experience with Tower TLC one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had when dealing with TLC rentals as well as getting cars serviced and proper maintenance."
"Great staff!! excellent customer service!! Mechanics service is TOP TIER. I usually don’t give reviews because dealing with different mechanics you get different results. Yet I must say, these mechanics here are ALL HANDS ON with exceptional service. I’d like to also add that Ashley, Katherine & Angel has been extremely supportive going above and beyond making sure they’ve provided me with the BEST customer service. Thank you.
