"Even though I (sadly) don’t live at this complex anymore, I still wanted to write a review on how amazing this complex is. My husband and I lived at the Legends at Morganton Park for roughly 2 years, and only moved since my husband had to be closer to his job. Throughout our time there, the atmosphere, community, and experience was nothing short of amazing. Gayle, Ashley, and Jessie are absolutely INCREDIBLE people, who, each time you walk into the clubhouse, make you feel like family. The people within the community are some of the kindest, most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well kept as well. If I ever find myself looking to live in Southern Pines again, there is no doubt that I will end back up at the Legends at Morganton Park. You guys are the best!!"
