"Been here multiple times throughout the years. Used to be one of my favorite places to go. Over the last few years the service has declined big time. Always someone new behind the bar, and the other night I called In an order for pickup, was told 30-35 minutes. No problem… came in at the 35 minute mark and was handed my check and gave my card. The check sat there for a while before the bartender came back, unfortunately the internet went down at the restaurant. I understand things happen that are out of our control. I wound up waiting a total of 55 minutes before the bartender asked if she could just take down my credit card info and I could get my food. I only waited because the riggies are my favorite, but 55 minutes to be told to give my credit card info was ridiculous. Also I asked the bartender if the food had been sitting back there for the duration of my wait, she said no she had just packaged everything. I ordered 2 orders of riggies and 20 wings. I just wish she would have been honest with me. As soon as she handed me the bags I knew nothing was fresh. Got home and the wings were soggy and ice cold. Riggies had to be reheated and still didn’t taste great. Pasta had absorbed all the sauce. I hate to leave bad reviews but later that night when my card was finally charged I honestly expected them to give some sort of a discount because I had To wait an extra 55 minutes. They didn’t, they also still charged the extra 3.99% fee for using my debit card, which is ridiculous. I understand small businesses because I owned one, but 3.99% fee is too high and they should have comped something or at least given me fresh hot food after waiting so long. So dissatisfied and disappointed."

"They are over priced for the quality of food and service I received. Ordered two prime ribs one rare, medium rare, medium rare was more medium - medium well, they forgot the mushroom garnish on steak when brought out was canned mushrooms hardly sauteed. Vegetables supposedly steamed where still raw, even after explaining wanted more thoroughly cooked. Save your money for a better service, if not bring cash or you pay 4% card fee, what a joke"

"Dinner was absolutely delicious! Chicken riggies ordered with hot peppers, and it sure was hot! If you like hot, give these a try! If you sort of like hot, or not order hot, order mixed! Chicken parm was HUGE and also delicious. Chefs special basil pesto riggies were fresh and tasty.... a different take on the usual utica style riggies... very summery tasting. Dessert was delicious as well!"
