"Had my car bodywork here cause I was told they do the bodywork But the man is not true to his word. He is apparently not to care anymore about the business I bring my car here for my repair. And he call me different names cause of my ethnisity cause I complained my paint was coming off after 5 month. He said he would change the bumper and the muffler was bent . And charged the insurance for a new muffler but never received. He just straitend the muffler and put on the old one back.. He has deal with the police and said he don't care . He paint my car with a cheap paint and when I told him he said curse words and call me insults. Be careful do not bring car here for him to steal parts and your money like he steal my muffler."

"I've never written a fan letter to an auto body shop before but I am for Ultimate Auto Body in Glen Cove. My car had been rammed by an 18-wheeler, not only rammed but then dragged by this monster truck, ripping metal off the side as he went. This was one sick-looking car. A friend recommended Ultimate, so I brought my mangled car there. They said it would be coming back looking like it was on the showroom floor. They did not disappoint! It was there a whole month, unbelievable. I checked in regularly with the owner, Angelo, and his guys Tom and Carmine, to try to get ETAs of my car's return. They gently explained that the car literally had to be taken apart and put back together. It's back home now. I was completely satisfied with the service and expertise at Ultimate and so can highly recommend this company to you without reservations. UPDATE: It's now more than four years since my above review. Numerous scrapes, dents even a whole new front light assembly have been taken care of by Ultimate since. Ultimate continues to provide flawless repairs and exceptional service at fair prices."

"I’ve taken my car to Ultimate Auto twice for body work. Both times I was treated fairly, and the service was honest and true. Most recently my front bumper was coming off. One other auto body shop was quick to claim that I would need to replace the entire front bumper and that would cost quite a bit. At Ultimate Auto they offered to replace the number but also suggested that they can patch up the bumper and touch up the paint. Knowing my car is not worth much more than the cost of a total grunt bumper repair I went with their suggestion. Though not perfect, the job looks good and I feel safe knowing my bumper won’t fall off and I wasn’t charged hundreds of dollars, in fact, I was charged $75 (before tax). Great service, great people, highly recommend!"
