"After checking out a few location to get my vehicle repaired I chose this location because I saw cars that were already there and seeing the work done on them. Also the professionalism of all the staff members especially Rich. The vibe was great and I was getting all my questions answered and was given a few option on what to do. Rich was very helpful and informative through the process. My vehicle 2022 Acura MDX ASpec was also done ahead of the time which was great. Besides the damage from my incident I also got my rims powder coated back as well as my calipers power coated red, which was something I was wanting to do for a while. When I got my vehicle back I was so in love with the way my car turned out!! It was 100x better than what I envisioned. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get anything done to your vehicle. Thank you to Rich and all his staff for bringing my baby back better than before. "One thing about Rich and his team they know what they are doing, amazing customer service on top of doing the job in a timely matter and properly I got into a accident recently got my car taken to them, when I picked up my car you couldn’t tell me that car wasn’t brand new they took care of every dent, scratch, and mark. Rich was very communicative with me letting me know exactly what he was doing to my car and anytime I had called they picked up. "I have a luxury vehicle that I keep in tip-top shape. As part of that, I took my car to Rich this very week for a paint job on the front bumper and Rich did the following: 1. The bumper color doesn't match with the rest of the car. 2. They left paint drops behind. 3. Another shop described the job as "terrible" and "orange peel". 4. One of the headlamp washers is sticking out. 5. Various small dings and imperfections in the paint job. 6. The gap between the bumper and the hood is bigger on the left side (6+mm) than it is on the right side (3mm). 7. They painted over my side reflectors without consulting me. All y'all tell me, is this the work of a 4.7-star shop? Many of their five-star reviews look suspect, check out the realistic names that don't sound quite right and don't have profile pictures, and the similar level of verbosity, tone, and linguistic competence across the review texts. They probably hired a review farm to get those reviews in. Someone should write to Google to have them taken down."
