"The dispatcher is extremely rude and disrespectful. I was charged for a ride that was canceled I asked him about it and then asked about my refund. I was told you’ll get it when you get it. After I told you’re being rude he told me “yeah I know” he said I don’t care. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he also told me “NO”. People like him don’t deserve to have a job. He was really unprofessional."

"I have my own cars, but on those rare occasions when a car might be in the shop I always use Prestige. It's never more than a 5 minute wait because they have drivers all over, but I guess they always drivers in the Pelham Pkwy area. Prices are reasonable cars are clean and drivers are polite and competent. Never a problem with their service."

"The dispatcher is rude and nasty. Drivers are always late, they show up 30 to 45 minutes after the set time and when you call to see where they are the male dispatcher is rude when he answers or just hangs up on you. I do not use their services anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, the Male Dispatcher has a nasty attitude and is very disrespectful."

"I use this service often and I don't usually have problems with them but today my driver pulled over and got himself a icee without even asking me if he could stop. I was running late for work which is why I got a cab to begin with. This is the most unprofessional driver I ever had. Be on the lookout for this driver plate T714161C."
