"The bald guy who runs the service department is either incompetent or trying to scam people. I dropped my car off for a recall and halfway home he called me to tell me he couldn't get the repair done due to issues that would cost me over 3k. When I returned, a mechanic and I took a look under the hood and saw none of the "damage" he was referring to. The mechanic went back in and told me he would speak with the guy. Suddenly, the repair could be done! I asked for a time estimate and was told "sit down and wait, it'll be done soon." I then proceeded to wait three hours with no updates just, "sit down and wait." The mechanics who worked on my car were very nice and showed me what work they did, however, the guy who runs the service department was trying to tell me about 3k of urgent damage that didn't exist. Ask questions and take a look yourself if you go here! I will not be returning."
