"I went to this place which is actually called NorBay. For an annual inspection. I watched the whole inspection go on. The car was never put on the lift. No wheels were removed to check brakes. But they put on the inspection report that left front and rear wheel were removed. And they were not. I watched the entire process go. Never again will I go to this place for anything second time nothing was done correctly"
"I was lucky enough to break down a block away from here. Most of my wheel studs on my RV sheared off, and I was a bit stuck. I always have tools with me, but it really would have ruined a day for me to try and wrestle with it. I walked around the corner and talked with Paul. He was friendly, and didn't try to overcharge me for the work I needed. I left him my keys, and by 10am the next morning, he called me up to tell me they were done. They even replaced my brake pads on that side for very little extra, or nothing extra (I already had the pads as I was about to do them myself). I normally do all of my own work myself, I'm pretty sure this is actually the first time I ever paid a shop to do anything, and I was really happy with them."
"Out of towner, AAA member. Car broke down during trip. Tow service was quick and courteous. I don't know if it was a slow day or they were being nice to us, but they got right to the issue. I'm smart enough about cars to be able to at least sniff a scam, but never got that feeling with them. They appear to have performed the needed service and that only. And quickly. We were on our way home fast enough. I don't know if the price was high, but it was only slightly out the range I anticipated."
"Absolute ripoff. Do not bring your car here. This business especially preys on women. They charged over $1,300 for work and parts which a better mechanic later confirmed was faulty at best. I took my car here for a 'Check Engine Light' issue and they wouldn't even put a 2015 inspection sticker after completion of their own work! Generally, men from certain 'subcontinents' shouldn't be trusted with automotive labor. They're not German car specialists. It's best to go to a family-referred mechanic than these hacks."
