"Went to pick my car up & asked 1 question about what was done, the guy behind the counter immediately got defensive with a bad attitude, then asked the employees to explain it to me, they did, and I said thanks & left. He then called to say he didn’t want to see us again… I’m assuming bc I asked a question about the prices. I was trying to understand what was done bc I don’t know anything about cars. It’s bizarre. He seems to have mental health issues apart from not saying it to me when I was physically present at the shop. It’s fine, there are other auto shops, but what a disgusting personality & customer service."
