"I reserved a ride at an early hour using the app. I was a bit concerned since there was no confirmation, but it was assuaged. As the time got closer, there were indications that everything was on track. I was picked up ten minutes before my pickup time and everything went smoothly. I would use this service again."

"This cab service would be better if they had better customer service. They don't greet you or smile. They don't ask your location to give to the cab driver they request for you so you really don't know how much they will charge you for your ride. The last time I used this cab service, the cab driver had to contact the base for a price to give me which took about 20 minutes to find out!"

"Despite a couple of times I was told there were no drivers available and their website app not working. I manage to find them to still be more reliable than most other cab companies. When they do have available drivers they are very prompt picking you up and dropping you off. They need to update their app and have the app reflect the correct fare from pick-up to destination/drop-off to avoid conflicts between the customer and the drivers. That's my only issue with Prestige2 and Prestige car companies."
