"Typically we do not go to Longhorn with past experiences, tonight we went after a few months and we had the best waitresses and food. Carolyn our waitress was amazing, we had drinks, appetizers and meals right away, the attention to our table on such a busy night was much appreciated. We celebrated two birthdays, the food and service were on point.Looking forward to our next visit."

"Food was delicious though instead of chicken breasts for my parmesan crusted they were scrap pieces. A couple bites of nasty fat that I had to spit out...embarrassing! Our server was a real dingbat, But got our order right. For Camillus, this Longhorn needs some attention from the manager. First of all, pieces of chicken, is not acceptable for parmesan crusted chicken breasts. And the ladies room was my first bad impression. Paper and soap stocked, but paper towels come out and rest on the wet sink and the floors are ignored in stalls. One was missing a hook which is a must have in ladies room. Disgusting plunger next to high chairs in hallway. Not a good impression for a restaurant that's supposed to be upscale. I hope they see this and take corrective action"

"The steak was delicious the mac and cheese come out cold, they did take it back but returned with smaller portions. It was my sons birthday so they did give him a piece of cake and ice cream on them for the Mac and cheese being cold."

"My husband and I went to our first steakhouse in Syracuse and it was pretty decent. The atmosphere is very calm and we got seated quickly. We enjoyed our bread and our waiter was very friendly! I love how soft and warm the bread was (i asked for seconds). My husband ordered steak and lobster and it was flavorful. I tried some of his mash potatoes and enjoyed it because it was soft and delicious. Portions size were okay but it did fill us up. We order wings as an appetizer and they were very crunchy and flavorful. We had Mac and cheese as a side it was okay, I feel that it wasn’t cheesy enough but overall really good service and food!"
