"Stopped in a 6:50 - ashamed to admit I was THAT customer - but I needed a custom hat last minute & wasn’t able to get there until late. The worker Chad I believe his name was - was so gracious & took his time despite being close to closing & by the time the hat was done it was 15 mins past closing. He was so friendly & patient. Obvi not my plans to be that late again on someone, but he was great considering the circumstances & I know how it can be wanting to get right out! I love my hat! Thank you !"

"Absolutely The WORST Lids Locker Room I've EVER been in ...TERRIBLE customer service and its like they get mad if they have to help you look for something!! I had a store employee tell me he would hold a hat back for me to pick up the next day ..But when I went in to the store the next day come to find out he Lied to Me and told me what I wanted to hear ..point being he Never did what he told me he would do for Me !!!! I will make the trip to Myrtle Beach to go to the Lids Locker Room there before I will EVER step foot in that Crapy Unfriendly Store Again !!!!!! "Tonight was the second time I have been checked out by cashier Kayleen. I truly have no clue how she has a job. She is extremely rude, was sitting on the counter playing a game on her phone the whole time I was shopping, and also tried to use her own phone number for rewards on MY purchase. There is no number to call on the receipt but hopefully management will see this and give someone who actually needs a job her position."

"I play hockey in the Wilmington Area. Was told that Lids Locker Room can sew Numbers and Names onto Jerseys. I called and Trevor answered said "yes they do" I asked the cost and turn around time. He gave me options and said renewing my lids account would save me 20% off. I was like sweet. He quoted me 40min-1hr so I stayed in the mall. Came back thinking it was done an it wasn't. He said he would get it done. By this time its 1pm. I came back at 4pm it still wasn't done. I told him I have Hockey Practice at 430 and asked will it be done before you close at 9pm. He said "yes." Well its 830 Trevor isn't there, Jersey isn't done and James very nice mate tried to help so I respect that but for $60 customization with a turn around of 40minutes to Not done is not cool an It was my only day off so I wasted my day hoping to get this done. Need to say not to Happy right now."
