"Bought my truck from here brand new, and have been taking it for servicing. Recently had oil change and tire rotation done. Tire rotation was clearly not done, and when I said they didn't do work I paid for, they said tire rotation is included in oil change price so I didn't pay for it. Said to bring by and wait for who knows how long for them to fix there mistake. Was not offered any money back or a courtesy car for my inconvenience and time wasted"

"Two hours for an oil change and putting wiper on back. I am used to getting a sheet of recommended services for car once I pay the bill. Great. I can look it over and book accordingly. I did not like being approached during the oil change and shown recommended services near $500!!!! Did I want to do now? Seriously? A $60 plus bill now close to $600? To top it off, he didn't even attach recommended services to receipt, I had to ask for it. Real urgent, huh?"
