"I’m reading all of these negative reviews. It’s awful suspicious that immediately after the previous Service Manager was terminated that these pure lies are being posted. Myself, as well as multiple family members and friends have been buying all of our Toyotas from this dealership with nothing but positive and wonderful experiences for many years. Seems odd that since this person was fired, all of a sudden these “so called verified experiences” magically appear. Seems like a smear campaign to me and reeks of nothing but lies. I travel from Long Island to purchase my vehicles from this dealership due to the exceptional way they take care of their customers and their honesty and integrity. Several of our friends have moved to North Carolina, and STILL buy their vehicles from this dealership. Do not believe this nonsense and see for yourself who they really are, and why everyone in my family and circle of friends will only buy here! Find out for yourself. Don’t listen to these fabricated, obvious lies placed on this forum in an effort to ruin these wonderful people who go out of their way to treat their customers the way they should treated. And SHAME ON THE PREVIOUS SERVICE MANAGER who is obviously asking everyone he knows to post all these fictional reviews."

"Went into Lease a truck…they did not have the lease that was advertised by Toyota on TV… the salesman said they don't manufacture that the truck that they advertised. But they were very courteous and nice to work with."

"The prices here are outrageous! I was charged $99 plus tax for an oil change. This is more than double what I have ever paid at any Toyota service center. I asked the service guy why this was so expensive and he said it was because of the oil they used. I only take my car to Toyota service centers and am sure they use the same oil so clearly he hiked up the labor rate. I don't like to feel like I have been ripped off and I felt that way overwhelmingly."
