"I made an appointment to have my RV safety inspected. I was told that I had to go to the Goshen Healy Truck service center. Upon arrival I was told that their inspection machine was down and it was uncertain as to when it would be working. I spoke to a very caring customer service representative and I explained that I had to drive an hour to get to that facility then Another hour to return home. I asked her if I could possibly have the inspection done at the Poughkeepsie Healy Ford site. She immediately called Poughkeepsie and arranged my inspection there. She told the person in Poughkeepsie that Healy Cares about their customers and how they are treated. She is a bright shining example of excellent customer service. I will recommend Healy to all my friends and family. The inspection happened on the very same day. I couldn’t be happier with the seti received."
"The car was dropped off for an 8am routine service appointment. The car's service was not completed until almost 2:30pm. When my wife called at about 11am, she was told your car should be done very shortly. Obviously, that was a lie. A service person actually told me that just because you made an 8am appointment that doesn't mean that's when your car will be serviced. Your service department is a nightmare. We did not even receive a receipt for the work that was done."
"I think the drop off and deliver service is great. Christian was such a nice young man who drove me home. When I found out the problem with the fob was the battery, I was relieved. Actually we had tried ourselves changing the batter but it always said no key found. I appreciate that I wasn’t charged for the labor. All in all it was a great experience working with Harley."
