"The woman on the phone was very rude. I understand being overwhelmed and not taking any more wait listing but that's no excuse for poor customer service over the phone. Representative should show willingness to assist even if they cannot assist. She talked over me, she refused to look up a phone number after mentioning I might have mistaken the property for another property, and every time we called we got different reasons for not taking the call. First time we were told it was an emergency number, time we were told there's long wait list. If the way that they answer their phone calls is any indication of how they manage their apartments we should be lucky that we didn't sign a lease with them."

"You definitely get what you pay for, they are afordable, but each unit we lived in we noticed the floors were sinking in, and there was always water damage to the bathroom. We started out in a 2 bd 1 ba on the middle floor and absolutely hated it. Neighbors could constantly be heard, we always had issues with our a/c unit and maintenance always did just the bare minimum. We moved into a 2 bd 1 ba with washer/dryer hook up when our baby arrived and you could visibly see the building sinking into the ground. The people before us left glow in the dark stars all over the ceiling too. Our a/c unit went out in the middle of the summer as it was well over 15 years old and maintenance argued with us for 3 days while it was 80° AT NIGHT inside with a newborn baby. They finally replaced it after we threatened to call the BBB. Very thankful our fortunes have changed and we were able to get out of there. Great for a starter place, but would never live there long term. Ever."

"I lived there for exactly 2 years, and it was fantastic considering the price. The neighbors are mostly working class white people, and safety is never a concern here. The maintenance and office staff were good. I had to move to another state, but I still remember the good aspects here."

"I have lived here 6 months now and have had an amazing experience so far. My application, approval, and move in process went super smooth and Lisa was amazing to walk through that process with. While they are rather outdated, rent like this is such a financial blessing and the fact that it’s well kept and a peaceful neighborhood is just pretty incredible. Thankfully I have had fairly quiet neighbors, the walls aren’t soundproof though, so yes you will possibly hear them from time to time but that’s just part of apartment living. I haven’t checked out the pools yet but have heard they are well kept from neighbors. I’ve also had ZERO bug problems and they come spray regularly. SUPER THANKFUL for that also. I haven’t had really any maintenance issues except my fridge not getting quite cool enough and they came the day after I called the office and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend Riverside Manor for an affordable option and great location by Alcoa Hwy & Pellesippi Pkwy, if you can handle the out of date look and a little less amenities than some places."

"We lived here for a year. One of the best places I've ever lived. It was extremely affordable, especially given the location, size of the apartments, and the amenities. There are a lot of Mexican families who lives here but everybody minds their own business. We never had any problems. This complex is right next to the flea market so on Saturdays and Sundays, we would take a stroll to see all the odds and ends. The pool is small but was always clean. As long as we were respectful, management never said anything about all our guests. We were even allowed to have pool parties. There Was an Old Lady Who Was the property manager. She was not super friendly, especially at closing, but she was very understanding. We had a three bedroom 1 bath that was a good size for us and our two kids. My only complaint would be that the carpet needed replacing. Maintenance was always on time."
