"My spouse and I just moved here from Monroe county, we stopped by on a Friday around 2pm (just looking) and ended up with the keys to our now, new home around 530 that evening. (We were absolutely shocked they had a room available immediately) We came in and spoke with Shelby about the ins and outs for about 10 minutes and told her we’d think on it over the weekend but before we even pulled out of the parking lot we decided it felt like the right thing to do.. Talking to Shelby felt like we’d known her forever and that made it feel like home.. We absolutely love it here already and cannot believe how beautiful this place is! I am so glad to be here and can’t wait to meet fellow neighbors by the pool this summer! It was Such an easy application process and the feel of comfort the moment you walk in the office door.."

"My apartment is top notch! I visited several properties in Blount and Knox counties. The Reserve has everything I was looking for and more! I was worried about moving from a 2,000+ sq. ft house into a 3BR apartment, but the transition has actually been pretty smooth. The first thing I noticed when I moved in is how many dog owners there are. This made me feel at home as I have two goofy dogs myself. I don't have to worry about every little noise they make getting on someone's nerves. Every now and then I'll hear little barks and loud barks when walking through the breezeway and it makes me smile. I am proud to call The Reserve my home."

"Apartment review: RATS, RATS, RATS! I lived here for a year without many issues until I started seeing rats. I set up traps and put in a maintenance request but the apartment barely did anything to help me get rid of them. I eventually had to terminate my lease after 3 months and killing around 15-20 rats. More detail: A few months after renewing my lease, I noticed a rat in my apartment. I set up a trap and put in a maintenance request like you’re supposed to. The apartment complex told me there was nothing they could do until pest control came for their visit the next month! By the time pest control finally came, I explained to them that my traps hadn’t worked hoping that they would do something else. Instead they just set up a few more traps and left. After a week I found 3 dead rats and then a few more alive ones. I put in another maintenance request and again, they told me they would have pest control visit my apartment when they came the next month. This pattern continued with me updating them and them doing nothing. I ended up killing and cleaning up around 15-20 rats and eventually saw one crawling around in my oven. This was my breaking point and I started looking at how to break my lease and new apartments to move into. Finally after a bunch of complaints they went into my apartment to look for where the rats were coming from. They said they plugged up some holes they found but I still saw and killed rats after that. I don’t know if they’ve done anything since I left but if you move into apartment 307 then you should know there were a bunch of rats in your apartment including in your oven!"
