He said we wouldn’t be acceptable to lease to. I asked why considering I have proof of income showing substantially more than the rent. He laughed at me, then said and I quote, ‘well, im gonna go now.’ I don’t care circumstances, you don’t disrespect anyone….I mean anyone! I don’t care if a teenager comes in looking for a home , they get treated the same RESPECTFUL way every person should be. Time to retire."

When we called him out on this he refused to show us anything and we went elsewhere. He is falsely advertising, rude and not professional. Luckily we were able to get fixed up with a Commercial Property and our Home from another agent in Sevierville. Would NOT recommend Dogwood Realty at all."
