"I lived in Smoky Crossing for almost 11 years (2009 - 2020) and recently returned as a resident and I have to say I am absolutely thrilled to be a resident here again. I love this place! The office and maintenance staff are so helpful, friendly and have been absolutely AMAZING! They work hard to make sure your home needs are met and they are quick to respond to emails and work orders. There are so many amenities here and they make sure to keep everything updated including the apartments and grounds. I love this place and it feels like I came home again. Don't believe all the negative reviews - as a long time resident who RETURNED to live here - I couldn't be happier here!"

"We have lived here for 3-1/2 years. For a while, it was hard for them to get any maintenance work complete. They have completely redeemed themselves. They have completed a ton of work in our unit, and are continuing to do more. Also, the prices have gone up over the last couple years. They have used the extra income to update/paint the siding, install much needed security lighting throughout the entire neighborhood, and they have hired higher quality staff. I have 4 children, and I am comfortable with them playing safely in the neighborhood. We couldn’t ask for a better place to rent, in this area."

"Unprofessional in every capacity. Non-communicative front office staff. More than 30 minutes late for a scheduled and confirmed visit and the office staff were still were not here when we left. No detailed information or assistance provided for prospective residents."

"I walk outside at night and with the bright lights lighting everything up I feel I am in a prison courtyard. Do not recommend this place as there are too many issues with the office getting maintance to do anything for you. Complex is not kept up as in the past. Still waiting for bug man to spray my apartment (2 months now). My patio is turning green. They do not pressure wash it. So I invest in Bleach and a scrub brush. When my lease is up I am not renewing it. I have lived here for over 3 years and really loved the apartment and the area. Too bad the new managent/owners don't care."

"*Update: It is nice to not have to mow our lawn. The pool has been very nice to enjoy and our littles like to play at the playground. It is easy to talk to the office as well which is nice.* The apartment seems nice. We are still moving in so we have not had time to fully enjoy all the amenities. I will say that the tennis court is in disrepair and needs help. I am also bummed that we are not able to use our own grills at our apartments. As a Licensed Culinarian, I love to cook both inside and out, and sharing a grill with the whole community that is in a location away from the home is not at all appealing to me."
