"My husband, 18 month old son and I have lived here for 15 months now and like other newer reviews, it has gone down hill sadly. We moved into a good apartment complex, not perfect, but good. Over the last year the stray cats have been taken care of by tenants and there are now up to 15 cats roaming around scratching cars, pooping in mulch, pooping in the play ground most of all and urinating all over the buildings. Even on our front door daily because they smell our cat inside. The breezeways/stairways are riddled with cat pee, trash liquid from tenants just letting it pour down and... Dog poop. When I mentioned (three separate times) having a pressure washing because we haven't had one done in over a year, I was ignored. It's gross and embarrassing. Cigarette butts, gum on sidewalks, dog poop on sidewalks regularly and all in grass. The grass has been mowed and weed eated maybe three times in the last two and a half months. Tenants smoke on their balconies and make it hard for other people to enjoy what little outdoor space we have to ourselves. There are some very sweet and caring tenants, but now there are some tenants that JUST DONT CARE about anyone but themselves and don't care how this place is. We are so thankful to be here, truly but it's just sad seeing our home become this. If things change, I will gladly change the review."

"We have lived here for three and a half years. When we moved in the property was well keep. But things have went down hill since. Bad tenants have been moved in! The buildings are not being kept up, mold and dirt need to be power washed. Lawn not kept up! So many cats on the property that are using the old wood chips as litter boxes. People smoking in there apartments even though it supposed to be a "Smoke free complex" very sad to see it go downhill!"

"I've lived here for over 5 years, the place was immaculate when I moved in ! The place now is not !!!! I'm Thankful I've got a roof over my head , but the rent keeps going higher and higher, we pay for the grass to be halfway mowed no mulch down , I'm assuming because it's Not in the Budget. Oh don't forget the CAT'S everywhere on your car stinking the place up .No pressure washing the outside this is So Sad to see such a Beautiful Place going down hill !!!!!"
