"Decent apartment complex but during the winter maintenence seems to hibernate and barely take care of the grounds. Trash will pile in areas and it's weeks before it's taken care of. All in all it's an over priced place to live (just like everywhere else) and I pay trash fees for something I guess? Maybe it goes to pizza parties for staff so they can not take of the place properly and hang out in the leasing office all day. Must be nice. On the other hand, people are nice here and I've never felt unsafe but that's hardly the doing of the management."

"While I have written a rather pointed review regarding the management company of this complex and explained in that review that it was directed at corporate not the local management I want to again compliment the local management team. A friend of mine recently moved here and from what she told me the office staff was very helpful in making her move in as smooth as possible and without a hitch. While she has only been here for about a month at this writing, she is very happy. I myself moved here in 2012, while we have had our disagreements, I have been with the current site manager probably half of the subsequent 11 years. Now if I can figure out how to clean the outside of my windows, I'm good for another 11!"

"If they ever say "we'll call you back", they won't. The two ladies in the office have terrible attitudes and trying to get a straight answer out of them is like pulling teeth. Nobody picks up after their dogs and neighbors frequently just throw trash all around the complex. My ceiling leaked 3 times while I lived here and Addison in the office acted like I was bothering her when I was trying to get an update on if maintenance had stopped by to fix it yet and just told me to call the emergency maintenance number after waiting literally an entire day for her to call me back. Living here was a nightmare and I can easily say this is the worst place I've ever lived."

"While the maintenance staff is awesome. The worst part is neighbors who play loud music. That being said the Pavillion in the summer has many parties lots of loud music. But also alot of people do not pick up after their dogs. Couple of months later moved to a different building. And they have not informed us about a retaining wall that is getting fixed. But the workers have taken up 9 parking spots. The office did not know, and the property manager is out sick. Someone needs to fix this. And parked a van sideways alone to take up 5 spots, but it's been there a week and a half."

"I called the office to inform them of a TICK INFESTATION - 1 was even crawling on my newborn son. (I pay for pest control monthly) there is a gap in my front door giving them access to come in. Instead of being apologetic and helpful, Addyson went on to say I had an attitude and hung up on me? I called back and asked for the property manager over ten times but she kept talking over me - goes to show this place is extremely unprofessional. Since I’ve lived here (it’s only been 3 months) I have had my upstairs neighbors hot water tank flood my apartment as well as random leaks that stained the ceiling, my breaker box explode, several power outages, broken garbage disposal, my dead bolt isn’t even attached to my door, and everything in here is cheaply made but they tell you it’s “renovated” my “new” floor has holes in it? They also charge fees they don’t inform you of when first moving in. The only good thing about this place is the quick and friendly maintenance. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED."
