"Last year I was looking for a place to rent for my son. I called numerous times, sent emails, never received a return reply. I just called today to ask about availability and a lady name Jackie (I think is what she said) answered the phone. She was not friendly did not want to answer my questions and then hung up, Even if they have anything available I would not want my son living in a place like this. Everyone I have met in Mars Hill have been super nice...but this place I would stay away from."

"I lived here and did not feel comfortable with the manager riding by staring at you and won’t waive when you wave back. Also waking up with people in your home is scary. I put a doorbell up because it’s hard to hear in the back they would not use it until I complained. Made me feel so uncomfortable!"
