"I can recommend this place enough. It starts with Jessica, the leasing agent she was beyond helpful in every aspect. I was moving from NY to Winston-Salem, and she answered every question and kept in contact with me until I was settled in. She also followed up after I moved in to make sure everything was going good. I had one maintenance issue with the fridge. They swapped it out the same day. I have been here a month and love it!"

"I wish I could give this place less than a 1-star rating. Having previously stayed in Alabama, my expectations were high, but unfortunately, my experience with this place has been far from positive. Despite Jessica being a decent staff member, the overall living conditions have been disappointing. Here are some issues and positives I've encountered: • On top of Application fee, you have to may almost 200 for your verification fee. • Living in apartment is like I am living in strict hostel rules, like you cant leave your dustbin outside after 9 pm, they will fine 50 bucks. • Despite the advertised $500 deposit, they ended up taking one month's rent from me in addition, kind of running two month advance rent. • The floors are in terrible condition, making it difficult to even share pictures (concrete floors and in need of repairs). • The washroom and washer/dryer facilities are satisfactory. • They don't provide bulbs or tube lights for the bedroom; you have to purchase them yourself. • You cant setup any internet other than AT and T. Only AT&T is allowed for internet services; so your own choice or budget is not entertained. • For furniture, they have defined vendor, you don't have your own choice. • Kitchen is good to some extent • The windows are large, but they're difficult to close. • The hot water supply is commendable. In essence, affording this apartment can be challenging unless you have a substantial budget, as additional expenses for essentials need to be factored in."

"I want to give credit where credit is due. James, the head of property maintenance is a treasure to this community. He is kind, sweet, helpful and always goes above and beyond trying to help in every way he can. I consider him a friend. As with any place, there are pros and cons regarding Plant 64 but I must say that since the property was sold earlier this year, the changes have been refreshing and positive. I hope they continue moving things in the right direction. Regardless, James is already one of their best assets."

"Just finished with the move in process--seems like the change of management has been a real positive change. Jessica had been there every step of the way for me, always bringing her enthusiasm and bright energy, and was continually answering messages far too late into the evening! I really appreciated her honesty and willingness to push for the things I was hoping for. Excited to move in and call this place home--will update review in due time."

"Our experience has been a great in between season of downtown living. As with any change of ownership, there is a transition period; however, Tribridge is now improving and investing in the property & it’s residents. Jessica, leasing office & James, maintenance department, have been absolutely professional and responsive and are such a great asset to the efficient running of plant 64. They have definitely improved our experience here & helped us with any concerns during & after the transition, making for a wonderful DTWS industrial loft living experience.
