"Great amenities and location, but management seems to run thin over multiple properties. I moved in and didn't have AC for 4 days, but was compensated for the trouble."
"Do NOT live here if you are a student or looking for a quiet apartment. The walls are paper thin I can literally hear my neighbor’s alarm go off in the morning. If you’re unfortunate enough to get stuck with loud neighbors your experience will be horrible."
"I was told if I I payed an application fee and filled out an application I would have a hold on an apartment for 30 days. I was presently surprised by the length of the hold and planned a trip down to view the apartment and most likely sign for it. Three days before my flight I got an email saying that the owner was not going to honor my hold, and I needed to make a decision before even viewing the apartment. Disappointing and suspicious. For the price you can find apartments that are managed much better."
