"This place is HORRIBLE !!! Whatever your lease says, is not the amount you will actually pay every month. Might as well add an addition $100-$200. They have several fees that they charge you for but you get none of the services. If you tell them something is wrong with your apartment they take their sweet time coming to fix it. They have MOLD, when my grandmother notified them the maintenance man literally said its because the windows are cheap and they sweat in the winter and summer, so you just have to deal with it bc they won't replace the windows. The steps are in HORRIBLE shape you will get splinters!!! The steps are uneven so when it rains, the water sits on top and then it turns to ice. They take advantage of people DO NOT COME HERE !"

"Terrible apartments, would never in a million years recommend this place. We moved here across the country since move in day I have filed over two dozen complaints, we have been threatened by a renter below us, we have been harassed non stop for two months straight and the complex continues to allow it to happen. The property manager refuses to contact us or get in touch with us about the ongoing issues we have been having and based on the continued lack of response it seems our problems really are not worth her time. For your safety, peace of mind, and overall happiness please move anywhere but here. You risk being shot by living here."

"We like living here, in an old building at the top of the hill that used to be another apt. complex. The saltwater pools are fantastic as well as the dog parks- 2! And lots of open grassy space and hiking trail, fire pit, many BBQ spots all over, kept clean and maintained. All while in a great location close to everything. Love the maintenance crew, when they couldn't solve an issue they always sent out an outside team right away. The negative would be having to pay a fee to pay rent online, there has to be an easier way."

"I've recently moved outta the cove apartments cause of seventeen year's of they never did anything right. At 5040 Eltha Dr apt E don't move at this address cause the carpet has mold they never changed it. Sense I moved in 2011 never got anything no new stove, no new refrigerator nothing only thing was the toilet. Windows always had moisture in it everytime we cooked but don't rent an apartment here please don't it's not worth it. Oh yeah I had holes under the carpet to waterbugs crawling around maintainance never did anything right and the office staff was unprofessional young girl's every month they changed. Eversense Brenda lefted nothing went right eversense don't rent there please it's not worth your money and ant's and spider's got in there. And by me having Cerebral Palsy they never fixed the steps which I fell like four times cause the nails are coming outta the boards so nobody won't go through what I went through"

"I discussed a Payment Plan with them when I had to have emergency leg surgery in November and they told me to wait until December and you would never believe it but on the first Monday of December, having lost my job because of surgery they showed up at my door with Police Officers to evict me with no notice and gave me no time to discuss a plan since the eviction had already gone through without any warning. On top of that, my fridge didnt come in till roughly a month after I moved in, there was black mold in my shower, there were numerous roach outbreaks that the apartment took care of an entire one time, my cabinets shelves were bent and the office staff never answers the phone. Avoid this god awful apartment complex like the plague"
