"Very beautiful apartment everyone in the office very respectful and very helpful the neighbors are very kind as well and no loud music nor loud noises in the neighborhood I really enjoy living here even tho I been here only 1 week and couple days I love it thank you garden club apartment for the warm welcome and I would recommend everyone to make this place a home"

"It is peaceful and safe. The rent is average. Maintenance is very quick to do the repairs needed. Usually uusually very quick to get repairs finished. I would recommend to live here."

"I need whoever is reading all these reviews to heed their warnings. Don’t move here. It’s not safe for your children, animals, or anyone in your home. This property is not family friendly, there are shootings in close range on or near the complex at least once a week. In the time I have lived here someone has been killed on the edge of the property. People brake into cars. Plumbing is outdated and not up to code, you will have multiple plumbing issues if you move here. There are open wires around the property. Also if you move here be mindful of the trash people they let move in here. They will not take liability for anything done to your property. Take videos of everything. I have met multiple people at the office who have black mold in their homes. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I moved in. This complex needs to be shut down, demolished, and done again. It’s disgusting, unkept, and dangerous to live here. Please don’t move here, there are many nicer townhomes and apartments in the area that might be a little higher but pay the extra money for safety and peace of mind."

"Horrible! If you are looking look somewhere else. This place is a nightmare ! Our apartment was a bait and switch they over charged us for an “upgraded” apartment because our original apartment was “ unavailable” that was after we paid the deposit for the original apartment! The week before we moved we were told we had to upgrade in order to move in. This is place is far from upgraded it’s. trash! It’s roach infested; i have had to take care of this matter out of my own pocket because the pest control you pay for will not take care of the issue. There is black mold in the vents and all over the windows they refuse to gut and replace the issue. The wall is cracking because of foundation issues. The toilets and tubs have pink mold. There was stuck on food I had to clean out of the cabinets and freezer before I could unpack my cooler. The office/ owner of this building is in violation of NC codes, they have also breached their leasing agreement by NC state laws. Corporate refuses to answer phone calls or emails. The office is zero help on any issues. Can not wait to get the freak out of here! Worse place ever!!! Plus we pay 1600 here other people around us are paying hundreds less for the same apartment we are in.. these are not all the pictures or videos; I have a tone of them showing front to back in every room of what is wrong in here! Run away from the place as fast as possible!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE ! There are Roaches in these townhomes ! I payed a good amount of down deposit and didn’t even stay 1 night due to the roaches being infested in the kitchen mainly. And don’t let them fool you with pest control cause that didn’t do no good it just made it worse. Property manager didn’t even care to refund me my money back . PLEASE SAVE UR TIME and look elsewhere!"
