"Words cannot express how bad this experience was. We moved from out of state and trusted reviews that this was a nice place to live. First day, we realized the bedrooms and living room had no lights. The shower glass door was cracked, it was barely holding on to not shattering so it had to be replaced. They ended up having to remodel the shower to remove the door and we couldn’t use it for a month while they worked on it. The whole house smelled like chemicals and they wouldn’t pay for us to stay at a hotel during construction so we opened windows. Then we got gnats, which started breeding in a crack in our sink pipeline. We had a gnat infestation and the exterminator told us the apt needed to flush out the pipe, but they refused and told us to use vinegar. Eventually the apartment below complained of a leak so they finally went in and found the cracked pipe. Everything in the house is cheap and breaks, outlet plugs aren’t screwed in, blinds fall off, we have huge cracks in the walls and ceiling, water damage, holes in the wall, and just today they found a leak from where the shower was not properly repaired. Now the shower is out of use again. We called code enforcement and we have a code officer coming this week to inspect the building because we think it’s not safe to live in, the ceilings hang in and we don’t think it’s structurally sound but we will see. We will most likely have to hire a lawyer because they are insisting that we have to pay two months of rent if we want to move out."

"They’re building a gym with no space to work out, they raise your rent 200$ every year, the pools are never open, they’re to lazy to call the inspectors daily to open them. The dog park is dirty and there are never any dog bags. You have to beg the office to get anything down. 4/10 because the neighbors are nice."
"This is a wonderful place to live. The area is great! The office personnel is wonderful and very helpful. The office is open 7 days a week and there's always someone there. The maintenance is the best, very fast and problems are always fixed on time. I really recommend this place. They're really doing their best to update the apartments. The only thing I don't like is that the 1 bedroom apartments don't have an laundry room, but they have 2 laundromats on the complex. Often the dryers don't work. That's the only bad thing."
