"Could’ve been better if the new management was willing to work with the residents and not against them. Helping residents could be better rather than robbing them. They towed my car even though I had a parking permit issued by them. They didn’t care to mention the permit given by the old management is invalid. The management is very unorganized!"
"Terrible. This place has no regard and takes no responsibility for the mistakes of their staff. A staff member told me where to park my car and it got towed and no one in the office was willing to take heed for what he did causing me to have to come out of pocket $265 for trying to do the right thing. The leasing office is very unorganized and has staff that carry very low regard for visitors. The younger staff are fairly nice, but the managers just don’t care and that’s never good. TERRIBLE experience, absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
"Living in this complex has been terrible as far as having two different leasing office staffs that were very unorganized. I was told that even though I had made a payment on my rent and, because it wasn't the full amount it couldn't be processed and I could still be at risk of eviction. I will not live here or refer anyone to move into Deacon's Station."
"I would not recommend living here. Maintenance is bad and so are the amenities in the house and the community space. The leasing office do not care an inch. They try to take advantage of you in any way possible and come into the office thinking of new ways to do that. They are very unprofessional and rude. Run!"
"I wouldn’t recommend living here. The staff here are completely unhelpful. Maintenance? - never around to fix anything. Never answers your phone calls. It’s ridiculous. They do a terrible job about making sure apartments are clean for other tenants to move in. Ex: i moved in to another apartment in the complex (the roommate situation was extremely traumatizing) and the carpet was filthy, my air vent had black stuff all around it. When you call & complain the women at the front always say, “Yes, I understand.” You don’t."
