This staff here changes frequently, the trash areas overflow often, there are roaches in the apartments. I will say that Luther the maintenance man was nothing less than amazing, but management is horrible."

"I have been a tenant at Providence Pointe for the past 5 years. I have lived in multiple apartments across the community. Unfortunately I have experienced several problems over the past year. There have been issues with my toilet that I have been blamed for and never received an apology after it was found that I did not cause the issue. When my lease ended I was told that I needed to give written notice, but when previously spoke with an office staff I was told there was nothing else I needed to do and given my final amount due. Because of another’s error, my security deposit will be taken and I will be charged a month to month fee. The information I was given was incorrect and I am stuck with the consequences of someone else’s mistake. When speaking with the office manager, I was told there was nothing she could do. To add, there are roaches and the garbage areas are littered and often overflow with trash."

"My move in process was wonderful. Everyone was really nice. The outside of the apartments are fairly clean and maintenance is always on time to fix any issues I’ve ever had. As far as my apartment the only thing that was cleaned was my carpet. The tubs were stained, microwave, refrigerator and freezer was dirty. The sinks and bathtub was also dirty along with being clogged up with hair. Maintenance did an amazing job coming to fix everything I put a work order in about when I first moved in. Now I’m having problems with “roaches.” I’ve had pest control come out and they stated it wasn’t coming from me and there should be stragglers meaning coming from someone apartment. It was brought to my attention they can’t force pest control into someone’s home. When I brought it to their attention, they are so nonchalant about the issue. This is absolutely disgusting to be staying somewhere to call “home” which are infested with roaches. I have children that stay here. I hate to cook here because of these bugs. I see there is another review about roaches. Clearly this is a ROACH environment and nobody seems to care or take accountability for it. I will not be renewing my lease here. I give this place 1 star!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE INTO 2229 Mueller Dr! Horrifying images attached. I lived here for 5 years. The first 3 years or so were great. The place looked clean when I moved in (It was not clean, but it appeared to be). Rent was $839 and the management at the time waived a lot of the move-in fees (any reviews pre 2022-ish would not be about current management). I had a bad roach infestation in 2019. The management sent McNeely in and they were completely gone in a month. Fast forward to 2023. Rent went up to $1,200 per month, and I saw another roach in my place in February. Management did such a bad job getting pest control into the disgusting apartment next door that the roaches spread to the entire building and to my knowledge are still there. Do not sign a lease with a 2229 Mueller Dr address if you do not want to be at work and hallucinating that there are bugs crawling in your peripheral vision. They didn't start to clean out the place next door for 90 days after the tenants left for "legal reasons" which means that pest control was coming over to my place every 2 weeks totally confused because my place was clean and yet had more roaches every time. I am traumatized by this experience and it made me forget how much I liked my apartment layout, green view, and the previous management when I moved in. See below 204 before they removed trash or let pest control in to kill the NESTS of roaches that were feasting on dog food. You don't get to see how beautiful my place was, because I refuse to be an ad. P.S. one of my other neighbor had BEES all summer. It's the only thing that made me grateful that I only had roaches. Edit: I was so fixated on the roaches that I completely forgot about the car break-ins right in front of my building at least once a year. There was a broken out window the week I moved in as well as the week I moved out. It is true what the other reviews say about their maintenance team being good. And I had only positive experiences working with Albert. Good riddance, apartment that I used to love!"
