"Worst experience I've ever had with a gas station. I stopped here New Year's Day for gas and the pump declined my card twice. When I check my account a few minutes later, I have a $100 charge from this gas station. I am aware that gas stations will sometimes place holds on your card. Except this actually deducted $100 from my bank account. And I didn't even get any gas. I waited a week for it to fall off my account just in case it was a hold. I then go back and forth on the phone for a week with Robin, the store manager, trying to figure out what happened. They figured out that the pump I used did not time out so the next person who went to that pump, pumped $100 worth of gas on my transaction. And instead of just doing a refund to my card and giving me my money back, she said I had to dispute the transaction with my bank, which I had to file a police report to do. Madison, the assistant manager was as helpful as she could be. But Robin the manager and whoever the district manager is were completely useless in resolving this. Now I have to wait 45 days to get my money back from my bank. DO NOT STOP AT THIS GAS STATION!! If your pump doesn't time out it will be the biggest headache of your life trying to get anyone here to help you."
