"My wife and I were scouring the internet looking for a specific used travel trailer, we finally found it at Ray Wakley’s. I called and talked to Steve (sales), he told me all he knew about the TT, told me it was extremely clean and in great shape (he wasn’t lying!) He then asked me about my trade in and came back with an extremely fair offer, sight unseen! My son and I drove from Wisconsin to trade in our old trailer on this new used trailer and we weren’t disappointed! Everything about the process was great! My only regret is they are 550 miles away but if the opportunity arose I would do it again."

"Having auto body (collision) work done after another driver hits your car can be a pain. But my experience with Ray Wakley’s in North East PA was as smooth as it could be. The communication was great. They kept me informed each step of the way. They replaced the two passenger side doors and painted them. The paint job looks great. They work well with Erie Insurance which made the process very easy for me. I thought this place was just an RV Center. I’m happy to know they also do car repairs because it’s a very convenient location for me."

"August 2023 My husband and I sold our home 3 years ago and now Live and travel in our RV. We stay in the WNY area during the summer to be with the grandkids. We had a very bad thing happen to the RV this summer and am so grateful that if it was gonna happen...it happened while we were close to Wakley RV. One of the slides fell on us. It didn't fall out completely but we had to round up a few friends and equipment to push it back in so we could take it to wakley RV for repair. They had it for about 5 weeks and worked diligently with our warranty co to get most things paid for. We also had a leak in one of our bays from our washing machine that they repaired and also got the warranty to pay most of it. We went back to Wakley RV during that time period and met with Aaron the RV technician. He was awesome! Explained everyhing to us so we felt very comfortable with the work they would be performing. Bruce the repair Manager kept in contact with us letting us know how things were proceeding. "August 2023 While on a 3-week stay in SW New York we were suddenly in need of a new A/C for our coach. Although their own Service facility was booked to capacity the Service man, Bruce Long, graciously helped us find an alternative. Then their Parts man, John, did an outstanding job of locating a new A/C unit out-of-state, arranged for immediate shipping and, when it arrived, even contacted the man doing the pick-up/install. Both of these gentlemen were amazingly responsive to our dilemma and exceptionally thorough in their follow-ups. We were VERY impressed- and grateful!
