"Avoid this place! Management sux. Doesn't want to do her job and ignores issues that are reported. Retaliates if you go above her head to try to get help with problems, I lived at these apartments for 3 and one half years. For the last 2 years that I lived there there was nothing but problems, disturbances from disrespectful, rude, tenants, all through the day and way up into the night. Loud music and partying, dope smoking, with the smell coming into the apartment that I rented. These issues was reported several times to the apartment manager, all of which was ignored. Then there was problems with the power in the apartment, light's flickering and going dim, sizzling noises in the wall from electricity in the wiring, This problem was reported several times and the only thing said was, "keep an eye on it and let us know if it gets any worse. Well it got worse. The power went completely out. It was reported immediately to the management. Nothing was done about it. The power stayed out for an entire week, all while the apartment manager was enjoying her vacation, with no concern at all about the power failure. This problem was ignore by all of the management, including upper management. All of the food in the refrigerator and freezer spoiled. I ended up having to move out because there was no power in the unit that I lived in. The housing authority is now involved and I am trying to seek legal action for violation of my rights. Avoid this place at all cost or you will regret it."
"Lived there 4 years total 2 years in C and 2 years in F they are very nice apartments everyone keeps to their selves the land lady is a bit harsh but understandable dealing with what used to go on there."
