"Update: the water damage they "fixed" became unfixed this weekend. Pictures below, I'm sure this is going to cost me an arm and leg. BEWARE: Do not buy a home that this company flipped. I've been living in a home I purchased from Blair Properties for almost a year now. Many times things have gone wrong and I've just talked myself down and chose not to say anything but at this point, something needs to be said. I paid good money for a house that was supposedly inspected twice and remodeled but the shoddy work and mess left behind has been a financial and physical headache. Within 24 hours of living in my new home, I had to have a plumber come out ($400) to have him fix both the kitchen and "new" bathroom sink. They were both leaking. The plumber said "there's no way a professional did this work" as there was no putty used, the piping was all wrong, the kitchen sink drained snail slow, the bathroom sink was leaking into the vanity. Whoever they had do the roof left all the old roof shingles NAILS AND ALL thrown ten feet into my woods. Thank goodness I went into the woods to clean them out and found this before one of my dogs stepped on a rusty nail. The basement bathroom shower leaks out onto the floor, the upstairs toilet was not properly sealed. Some yellow goo that never dried always sept out from the base of the toilet making a mess until I cleaned it and and properly sealed it with bathroom caulk. The side door was half broken and the screws holding it in fell out after a month. The basement door is crooked, doesn't shut or seal right and dirt, leaves and bugs come in so I had to block that door off and never use it. There's a HOLE in the floor in my master bedroom they covered with carpet that I didn't notice until after living here but every once in awhile I step on that exact spot for that lovely reminder. Note these are things you don't notice or find until well after you've bought and lived in the home. You hope that these companies will hire PROFESSIONALS and do good work as to not set people up for large bills fixing all of these things. But it is clear this company will do anything to cut corners, save money and then over price the home on the market to make a huge profit. I should have known better when I saw the tenants that rent from them saying how deplorable conditions are. Honestly, there's more that has gone wrong and been disappointing but I can only have so many characters in my review. My advice, shop elsewhere."

"Absolutely do not rent property that Blair manages or trust them. My hvac went out and they have not done anything to assist. I am still responsible for 100% of rent, temperatures well above 80, and currently no eta on when they will replace the hvac. They promised two window units and only have provided one very old window unit that cannot even cool one room. unacceptable service! Also, this is going on with other tenants here too and is a common practice for them."
