"Brian was a great salesman. He had the Chevrolet Silverado ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Showed me the truck and left me to the test drive. Unfortunately, they weren't able to offer me anywhere near what Toyota offered me for my trade. Brian was upfront and clear that there was no negotiation happening. Which I appreciated as it wasted less of my time. Additionally, the Chevrolet was just not thrilling. I'm going to keep my Ram and hope the parts come in in the next few months. The folks at the Jeep/Ram shop are always a pleasure to work with. Steve in service is top notch. The sales staff are super friendly!"
