"I just had a different company install a new shower in my bathroom, but they don't do glass doors for sloped ceilings. I was very excited to finish the project by having Robb's glass install a custom glass shower door. I was impressed by their professionalism when they came to measure the irregular opening, paid 50% down, and scheduled an installation appointment. We never had one single unfriendly exchange. I emailed the office, asking for an invoice, receipt, and proof of insurance. I was shocked to get a reply three days later that read, "I have decided to decline your shower enclosure project" with no explanation."
