"Scruggs did an excellent job on my 2020 Ford F150. I brought it in for a leveling kit, ordered new aftermarket wheels and larger tires through them as well. Their pricing was competitive with numerous other shops I called for quotes but they’re the only ones who offer a 3 year\36k mile warranty AND 3% rewards back on your purchase. I mainly dealt with Nick throughout the entirety of the process and he was extremely easy to work with. From start to finish it was a seamless process and they had my truck in and out within a day (and stayed past close to ensure I could pick it up that day and still make it to some personal commitments). "I’ve brought my previous trucks to other shops for lift kits/tires in the past and have not always had a great experience (bolts missing, shotty work, tires not balanced etc) This time I decided to see how Scruggs was and I’m so glad I did. It was great to deal with Nick when it came to picking out lift/tires, he’s very knowledgeable and really easy to get along with/trust. they do a thorough inspection of the truck before they start any work including pictures/videos as well as pictures of the final product.
