I received a free estimate (no appointment needed for that), which was comparable to a second estimate I received from another shop. I chose South End Body Shop because they offered a shorter turnaround time and accepted credit cards (the other did not). I was also able to choose my own date to bring it in for the repair, which was important because I had to schedule it around work obligations for which I needed my car. The communication while they had my car was helpful, and the finished work looked great. Manuel was very professional and courteous throughout.
