"Sam Ash is the only place to get your guitar worked on. Guitar tech Dakota hooked me up with a new set of Seymour Duncan’s, some polish, and a new set of strings. He is super knowledgeable and even took time to walk me through everything he did. He had my guitar finished in less than 48 hours and it absolutely rips. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out the shop. Sam Ash has everything any musician could possibly need and is staffed with a friendly and helpful team."

Everyone there that assisted me was no doubt a cut above any other music store that I’ve frequently visited !!! "Went to Sam Ash yesterday to get new strings for my husband’s old Gibson guitar so our child could use for intro to guitar in school. It was close to closing time and they were a little busy. Everyone was friendly and inviting from the moment I walked in the door. I was waiting for Jordan whom I had talked to on phone bf arriving. I explained this to Cam and he jumped in to get the process started. I know nothing at all about guitars which was evident. He was very friendly and happily gave me an easy to follow mini lesson on the basics and got me as excited about it as he was. Jordan came in when he was done with his client and he was as nice and knowledgeable as Cam. They even looked up an old guitar of my Father’s for me from 1951. I wasn’t looking forward to going bc 30” away but ended up being not only educational but fun:). Cant say enough about how great Cam and Jordan were!! I was there a little past closing and they never rushed me or the adjustments they were making. This place is such a pleasant establishment to do business. I hope our child stays with the guitar because I feel like we have a place we can trust for any future needs!!"

"Visited from out of state and was pleased this location is just off the interstate. Sam Ash is known for a superior guitar selection and this one in Charlotte is no exception! Wonderful staff and management - and exceptionally helpful. Walked away with the Michael Kelly hybrid we were looking for and at a great price! Well worth the 3 hour trip - kudos to everyone at Sam Ash in Charlotte, NC!"

"This place is a music lover’s paradise! Our son needed to have his saxophone cleaned and repaired so we took the drive from Davidson. Well worth it! They have an in-house tech named Daniel & he is patient & thorough, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. I really liked that! The manager of this store is also really nice! The place is packed with merchandise. Instruments for just about anything & anyone. You have got to check this store out! Conveniently located by Costco, too. I took plenty of pics. Check them out!"
