"Very disappointed in this company. Gentlemen comes out to fix my water pressure. Thought it was a yearly service, so he didn't have the part. Told me he would try to come back that week but ended up coming back 2 weeks later to fix the issue. They ended up charging twice for labor. It's not my fault they didn't have any parts. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, or push any high maintenance chemical systems. The installation of the equipment was done in just a few hours, the work was well done, and the area as clean as when they arrived. Before they left, I had a basic understanding of the functionality of the system, what to expect, and - most importantly - CLEAN, SOFT, GREAT TASTING WATER. Within a few days the signs of hardness began, in a week almost completely gone. Two weeks later it's all but a memory. For 5 years we had Hard Water, Sulphur, Red Iron Algee, and Sodium in our water. In that time we had to replace all of our fixtures (some twice), our washing machine, one toilet, and we ruined a dishwasher.
