Mane Mobbing

"My mother went here after my suggestions, their commercial looked nice. Worst experience ever and the worst work I've seen done in a salon. The customer service was non-existent, she sat for 4hrs before her hair was braided. the "braider" could not braid and wove her hair into knots, the girl doing the sewing claims she's never done the style before so it's difficult for her ( full sewin with bangs), and decided to blame it on my mom's hairline??? It took 30mins for installment and it showed, mother looked terrible. She had to take it upon herself to glue tracks to her scalp to salvage the disaster. Her hair was braided so tightly she didn't even want to remove the sew-in immediately, as that would have been her entire day wasted. Regardless, it was. Last but not least, false advertisement. It is not $50 for a sew in, it is $50 to have a few tracks placed sparingly between your own hair. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!"

"the lowest rate is "Poor - Fair", but I would just rate this place TERRIBLE. I have been there three times so far, the first time I went it was okay but I didn't like the way the salon was ran. The second time was not good at all, it seems to me that the co-works dose not know how to read. They have a sign in sheet to write down your name and what you are getting done. But every time I go there I never get what I want. I write down clear as day what I want, but every time in set in the chair I come out with something total different. it's a shame that co-works dose not understand how to read a sign in sheet that tells them all the information that is needed for that client. My third visit was SO much worst then all the rest, to try to avoid any misunderstanding I took it upon myself to make an appointment; hoping that what I wished for the outcome if my hair will not get messed up. BUT NO!!!!! I still did not get the survives that I wanted and made the appointment for. To start the women that was braiding my hair did not seem fit to be in any type of working environment; she was horribly rocking half of her sew-in that she was getting done to her head while she was on the clock. Then once I got in the chair to get my sew-in; form start to finish the lady was going back outside and talking on the phone time and time again. By her not JUST DOING MY HAIR a week later I now have tracks falling out, and sewing them by up myself. Also every time I’m there I’m always hearing about someone's PERSONAL PROBLEMS that should not be talked about at work. From the times that I have been there the co-works seem to have no home training, the are all over the place and so loud. One other thing, if you do not have 100% human hair they will not cut of even TRY to curl your hair. They will just say “well I don’t think this hair can curl” ... but when I get home I find that they hair curls just fine. So if you like having your tracks fall out after a week, then this is the place to go. But I don’t think that anyone wants this, so i would not recomdmend you to go here."

"I hated it i will never go back to style ahead can you say GHETTO !! i got there at 1:00 pm and didnt leave to 7:00pm i called before i came and i ask how long was the wait and i was told there was only two people ahead of me but when i got there it was 5 or 6 people ahead of me and then to top that my was the worst it was nothing like i wanted i hated it my hair and they had braided my hair so tight i couldnt lay down . i will never go back there to that lil trap house"
