"Visited this resort for my birthday celebration with my daughter and best friend. The check in process was great, everyone was friendly and made sure our room had a Murphy Bed instead of sleeper sofa. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn't working and we had to find the other one. We didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool or hot tub but will at our next visit."

"Drove nearly 15 hours to stay here on the way to Florida. Was excited for a little beachy relaxation. Initially I was fine with the outdated, not super clean room because the view is spectacular. Upon waking up at 12:30am with a roach crawling on me, I looked around to discover the room is INFESTED. Just going to head out of here and be on my way because I’m definitely not sleeping. Disgusting."

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful the front desk staff are. Michelle especially has been great. Very helpful. The location is nice. And the room is good, was very clean. We are in an oceanfront with 2 queen beds, has small kitchenette. A little small for 4 people. But we can make it work. Would stay again."

"Don't get me wrong, I have fallen in love with this place. However, to me, hotel bathrooms should always be top priority when it comes to being clean. The bathtub had hair in it and the bathroom floor wasn't clean. The manager, Amanda, was great. In fact, all the staff was wonderful. The little bar outside was great fun every night. Plenty of pools."

"For one of the older resorts it was nice, however my husband was having a minor medical emergency and they did not have any wheelchairs available. The young man who was "not" employed by the resort was kind enough to help get him to our room, unlike the security officer that was employed by the resort. Our room was acceptable as was the housekeeping staff. Check in was easy, the location was spectacular, we booked the ocean front and loved the view. Next time we will be better prepared as eating out is very expensive and the room was well prepared for fixing your own meals. I would recommend getting at least one or two wheel chairs available just in case something arises for guest use."
