"Hi, this post is so over due. I have lived in 7 different states, visited Hand and Stone in most of these states. For a franchise business? Hand and Stone is by far the most consistent in every aspect. Quality of service providers! Quality of the products used and offered for sale, quality of the staff, cleanliness, feeling of safeness, comfort etc. I have been to other spa’s in the US and at 5 star locations out of country In resorts. Is everything always perfect? No of course not, but if its not its an anomaly not the norm. And the owners of these locations have ALWAYS made it right. There have only been in the over a decade of visits maybe 2 or 3 not so great experiences- but refer to my previous statement on that. I have seen other reviews that simply trash this location and others but I am telling you its either a very unhappy person in life to begin with? Or it has to be a paid troll because given how many times I have been and to the Wake Forest location in particular! Its just not true. So my recommendations to anyone new to this area, go for yourself and come to your OWN conclusions- you wont be sorry! These guys are amazing! Truly amazing!"

"The receptionist and the young lady who did the cryoskin procedure was friendly. However my entire stomach broke out after the procedure. I’m not sure if it’s from the device that was used and possibly not cleaned, disinfected and sanitized or if it’s from the solution that was used on my skin. Needless to say I won’t be back. Also beware when you’re coming for a consultation they force you to get the procedure or make you pay basically half of the cost if you say you’re not interested. That information was withheld at time of appointment. Good luck if you try it."
