"Got a rhinoplasty here years ago and they ruined everything. They did not do what I asked after telling me they could. Instead I’m sitting there with my cast post op and am being told “I know you asked for smaller but I wanted you to still be you” LOL I wish I was lying. Now I can’t even get a revision because the tip of the tip of the nose is all scar tissue therefore way too high of risk to get a second surgery done so I am stuck with a big nose for life. All they did was shave down the hump on my natural nose and round the tip out. I wanted it smaller not just straighter and they knew exactly what I wanted and they said they could definitely do it. This was about 6 years ago and I am still fuming and insecure about my nose."

"I bought a package from them which included six sessions. I had my last session on October 14, 2023. I didn’t see any results and was advised they would talk to management about it and reach out within two weeks. It’s December 5, 2023. I still have not heard back from them. The only reason I give them one star is because their staff is friendly but the services do not work and they do not follow up with you after your last session. Save your money and go somewhere else. Update: they will call you faster about a negative review instead of following up with your treatment."
