"Rude staff members - 60ish looking man & 50ish looking woman at front registers. I went in looking for quality hair color (Redken, Da Vinci or comparable brands), they carry cheaper quality - Bigen, Clairol and other super budget, can't recall the brands. I asked the front register woman if that was the only section, her curt reply showed total apathy. She could've made an effort to at least inquire what I was looking for. Before leaving the store, I had more negative vibes, this time from both the woman & man working the register. An older gentleman customer (who greeted me when I entered the store as he was in that section of the store), was ready to make his purchase when he decided last minute to pick up a small bottle of essential oil from the large display. I was curious about them since a few years back I had brought back several different scents of oils from my trip to Egypt. I asked the older (customer) man if he had tried them, he said he hadn't yet. Then I looked over at the man & woman working the registers and asked "where do they come from?" In a not a all friendly tone the man asks "where do they come from?" I said, yea, as in where do you get them from,? He & the woman both rely almost simultaneously that they come from "here" from the u.s. So I looked at the customer/older gentleman and said "I picked up several bottles of oils in Egypt a while back...they are excellent quality" and I walked out. Note: the store is quite large so likely has plenty of beauty supplies (I saw a few wigs). Still the rudeness & utter lack of customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Gladly take my greenbacks elsewhere."

"I purchased a drawstring ponytail...took it home and realized its way too much hair. I didnt try it on. Returned it the next morning and the manager stated they dont exchange or give credit for hair pieces. The receipt specifically states with receipt THEY'LL give credit or exchanges. Thats poir PROFESSIONALISM!! I will never support them again. Thats bad business and they need to be more detailed with that info on the receipt."
