"The front desk ladies were very nice however I was disappointed on the results and communication of the procedure with the nurse practitioner. I had ask to do my eyes and nose, and didn’t see a difference on my nose so on my follow up I told her. I wish the nurse practitioner would have communicated with me on our initial consultation that there may not be a difference, however I trusted her and her “years of experience” since I was a FIRST TIME CLIENT & FIRST TIME DOING INJECTIONS. If that was the case I would have said to do my forehead instead of spending money where it would not make a difference. She was also not as polite as the rest of the ladies there and need to work on her people skills. I wouldn’t recommend or coming back here. I am a business owner as well and understand there are expectations during a procedure and need to be well communicated. Obliviously they care about the money so I will no longer use them again for other facial needs. **UPDATE** - after writing my review the nurse practitioner called me “to talk about why I wrote the 1 star review” my reaction to that was “why isn’t your manager calling me” anyway long story short - eventually spoke to the manager and she didn’t apologize for my experience and instead said I should know that with medical procedures nothing is guaranteed. Well thanks for letting me know $500 and a month later.. my eyes are back to showing wrinkles , thanks for nothing!!!"
