"An old factory turned into restaurants and offices, with nice summer spots for ice cream and tacos, and a solid cafe. Can't speak to the office environment, but first floor places are all great and easy to access."
"The box factory...keeps coming up as a place visited, though we never went there, knowingly anyway. Perhaps the location is near to somewhere we go often or we visit a former location of the factory and it's still being identified as such on maps but has a different name at the location. Giving it 5 stars because we appearantly visit it often therefore it must be really good or practical."
"I have rented offices at The Box Factory several times over the past couple of years, and I highly recommend it. It's a great environment to work in, the offices are well-kept, affordable, and there are many smaller spaces available for businesses with just one or two people - which is something that can be hard to find. The people of Casa Associates who lease and maintain these offices are some of the most friendly and down-to-earth people I've had the pleasure of renting properties from."
