"I have been to Salt Aesthetics bar twice, both for a Hydrafacial. My first experience was absolutely amazing and everything I could’ve asked for. Because my first experience went so well, I decided I would return for another Hydrafacial a few months later. Unfortunately I found out that the lady who performed my Hydrafacial the first time is no longer there so I saw someone new named Lisa. When I walked into the room with Lisa I noticed there was only a fitted sheet on the bed and no additional sheets for me to crawl under during my facial (like it was the last time I came here). Lisa did inform me that she was new to Salt, yet she was very knowledgeable having been practicing as an esthetician for years prior. I did not mind that she was new because she seemed to know her stuff so I trusted that she could efficiently perform a hydrafacial, which she did although the environment/setting was the complete opposite of my first experience having a hydrafacial at Salt. Not once was I asked if I was comfortable. The bright fluorescent ceiling lights were kept on the entire time, no additional sheets were provided, I was forced to listen to Lisa’s playlist off her phone. And to top it off, during my experience with Lisa (that was supposed to be a relaxing one!) she decided to turn on a fan in the room that was directly next to me without asking if it was ok, meanwhile it is BLASTING in my ear and she had the audacity to say “let me know if you get chilly”, then turns the fan off a couple minutes later saying “oh it’s chilly”. I was biting my tongue at that point. Overall, the hydrafacial went well but I had a HORRIBLE experience. I contacted the Spa later that day because I could not stand knowing that I just paid them as much money as I did for such an awful experience. I was told by management that they would refund me at least 1/2 of the amount I paid for the service and I have yet to receive any sort of refund (an entire month later). I am writing this review to warn people and to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else after me."

"My PCP recommended Salt Aesthetics. Had a complimentary mini consult with Sara. Sara is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Even with a mini consult I didn't feel rushed and Sara answered all my questions. Will definitely go back to try out some of their services."
