"Here on vacation so not my usual hand & stone. Front desk staff was super helpful in helping me put together the best experiences using my packages. The massage was done by Ashley and it was excellent. Definitely recommend! I then got a facial by Zamani who gave the most relaxing facial I have EVER had in my life. I almost fell asleep. Afterwards my face was glowing!"

"One of the best Hand and Stone Spas I've ever visited! I've been a H&S member for over four years, and this is definitely one of the best locations I've been to. I was having trouble booking online and called in to fix the issue. Raegan tried to walk me through it, but we couldn't figure it out. She told me she would try to figure something out and then call back. Not even 5 minutes later, she called back and ensured I was secure. Raegan was a great help! When I arrived, Gabby was helpful with getting my forms filled out to prepare for my appointment. Tyler was my MT, and he is heaven-sent! He was running a few minutes behind and was sure to give me that time back - which I really appreciated. I never felt so relaxed in my past appointments or had someone educate me about what I could do between massages, so Tyler is one of the best! I'll be returning the next time I'm in the area."

"My lower back was in distress. It had been for months. Phyllis was my massage therapist on Saturday morning. She listened to me and my numerous complaints of my back and hip pain. She concentrated on exactly what my issues were and did a fantastic job helping me. My lower back and hips haven’t felt so good In months. I called Hand and Stone today just to let them know how much she helped me and also listened to what I needed. She just happened to be the therapist I saw on Saturday. Kelly is also an amazing therapist and has helped me so many times!! I’ve seen Kelly many times! Phillis just happened to be there Saturday. Thank you both so much!!"

"I called to schedule a couples massage for our anniversary and I completely take blame for not asking the price, but after I looked at booking the service online and seeing the only massage option being an individual Swedish massage for $129, I mistakenly assumed a couples massage would be a bundled option, somewhere around $200-225 total, not a $140 PER PERSON! This was so over the top expensive, even by today's inflation standards. My husband and I have had plenty of couples massages and massages by ourselves, and they weren't anywhere close to totaling almost $300 unless we were at a very high-end resort somewhere. No reflection on the niceness of the staff, they were all lovely and very friendly, but the massages weren't even a full hour, and they were just "ok." After filling out some pretty extensive paperwork, we went back well after our 9a appointment (even though we arrived 10 minutes till) and the massages stopped promptly at 9:50a. The areas I mentioned to my masseuse that were really sore, were focused on, but never with the skill of a seasoned masseuse. I asked mine for firmer pressure and couldn't detect a difference. I didn't expect a miracle on my shoulders, but to say that they felt worse afterward is not a $140 massage. He massaged my legs and not my arms? Only a bit over the sheets. Overall, we were just disappointed in the experience ESPECIALLY at that cost. I still left a 20% tip in the event they were just new and needed a boost, but that was charged before the massages so still wasn't told a price until checkout. Even if prices have increased per person for a massage and not reflected on the website, to charge customers individually for a couples massage is excessive. Typically, it's bundled for a slightly lesser amount. It's not even about the money spent but the value received, so to not even get a full hour for that price or a full body massage left us feeling like we could've spent that on something else together."
