"They not good anymore as they were before old owner sold to someone and they don’t know how to deal I ordered chole puria totally taste less. Chickpeas was dry not gravy also not fully cooked and you order on phone and you reach the time they told you but food never ready still have to wait longer. Very bad service ."
"I got sweets here with my friend of mine who celebrates Eid al-Fitr. I don't have any pictures because even though they may have looked nice, the taste just wasn’t there. The small bar with a peanut butter taste was there but thats it. The doughnut like dessert was bland and not sweet. We got a few boxes with about 6 different desserts and i personally wouldn’t go back since it was nothing to rave about."
"I recently visited Sathguru Sweets with the expectation of getting some fast food, specifically their double-decker veggie burger. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I'm compelled to leave a one-star review to save others time. Despite their advertisements claiming that they offer fast food, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and I still hadn't received my food by the time I had to leave. It was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like I had wasted my time. All I had ordered was one double decker burger, and it wasn't that busy, only 3-4 customers. As a customer, I expect to receive the services that are advertised, and Sathguru Sweets failed to deliver. Waiting for such a long time and not getting my food was an absolute waste of my time, and I'm disappointed that I had to leave without getting what I paid for. Despite asking them how much longer it would take, they assured me it wouldn't be more than a few minutes. I hope that Sathguru Sweets takes this feedback seriously and improves their services. It's not fair to advertise fast food and then make customers wait for an extended period, only for the customers to get frustrated and leave without any food. I urge people to avoid this place if they value their time and expect to receive the services they're promised."
